This morning Chris and I had an appointment with the Womens Health Center and our first experience with a midwife. We weren't supposed to see a midwife, but since someone scheduled us to see her, that is who we met with. Everything is moving along smoothly and I've only gained one pund! The practice is still ok with this and state that since the babies are looking good, they are not worried. After our discussion we went to do an ultrasound and Chris mentioned that she could feel free to tell us the sexes if she could. She repeatedly stated that she did not do ultrasounds frequently and was certainly not good at determining gender. However, it did not take long to see (quite clearly I might add) that Baby A (on my right) is a GIRL! Chris is in complete denial stating that he wants a doctor to determine sex, but for those of you excited to know...I can say with much certainty that one of our babies is a girl! I find it funny too, because all along this is the one I thought was a girl. You'll just have to stay tuned to see if my other prediction that Baby B is a boy comes true!
Speaking of Baby B...the reason we couldn't determine the sex of this baby today is because the little trouble maker wouldn't sit still long enough for us to see anything! Sibling rivalry has begun and we witnessed it yesterday as Baby B continuously beat up on its sister!
