Myeisha

On Tuesday, July 26, we received a phone call from Pressley Ridge asking us if we'd take the emergency placement of a 10 year old female. We were told that she'd had multiple moves and needed placement for the next day. On July 27th, Myeisha moved in and our short "Myeisha Chapter" began. She was only with us 13 days and we were sure sad to see her go. Though she was challenging, inevitably, she left because of logistical issues. Myeisha was kicked out of her summer camp because of behavioral issues and because we did not have a finalized plan of what we would have her do during the day, her DSS worker came to move her on Monday August 8th.
