Saturday morning I dropped the girls off to the Ross house with Kelly, Dan, Katie, Sandi, Tom and Sharrie. I spent the day at home getting chores done and relaxing while they visited with the girls. On Sunday and Monday, we all spent the days together playing and relaxing. We ate lots of good food and really enjoyed each other's company.
The weekend seemed heavy with anticipation...bittersweet visitation of sorts. On Thursday of this week, Katie will be leaving to study abroad in japan for a year. We will see her for a brief visit in January but she will be spending most of her time in Japan through the University of Maryland. We will miss her terribly. I know the girls really do enjoy their time with her and it saddens me to know that Baby Boy Ross will not have her around as often as the girls did.
