This evening I made Sweet Potato French Fries for the babies. I boiled sweet potato slices and then dusted them with baby cereal and flax seed. I then coated with egg and rolled them in the cereal a second time. I fried in the pan with 50/50 oil and butter mixture. The girls seemed to really enjoy them and I'm glad I got a picture because the dogs decided to help themselves to the large plate of leftovers. They'll spend the night in the basement for that one.
It has been unseasonably warm the last two days, sometimes reaching 80deg. in the afternoon.
In other news, Lauren has taken to shouting "Mommy" repeatedly around mealtime. We think she thinks it means she's telling us she's hungry. ;-)
