Well, we're parents now...sort of, I guess...
Well, Chris and I officially became foster parents this evening. We received a last minute phone call at about 4:30 tonight, asking for us to take in a 14 year old young lady named Hope. After hurrying about to straighten the spare room/nursery/catch-all, we went to pick up our foster daughter at around 7:30. We are really excited and Hope seems very sweet. We know this will be short term considering the circumstances but are excited at the idea of being able to help a child while we are able.
